Residents of Ward 3 will have an opportunity to hear directly from candidates seeking office ahead of election day on Oct. 26.

The Silver Creek Neighbourhood Association is hosting a Ward 3 candidates meeting on Monday, Oct. 19 in the Gordon Alcott Room at Mold-Masters SportsPlex.

The free event will feature the candidates running for local councillor, as well as the Ward 3 and 4 regional councillor candidates.

The evening will begin with a candidates meet-and-greet at 7 p.m., followed by a formal candidate meeting from 7:30 to 9 p.m.

Organizers are encouraging community members to submit their questions in advance by scanning a QR code that can be found on their Facebook page.
